Having travelled to 'third world' countries, and visited orphanages. In many countries, if a child is not adopted by age 16, they age out of the state program. These children are released into the world. Various studies indicate that on average, there are 38,000 that age out daily. Of that, 60% of the girls fall prey to trafficking.
