Hello, our names are Lucas Nativio, Sam Bytnar, Billy Bunce and we are in Ms. Filson's English II class. As part of our human rights unit, we were asked to research and present a modern example of a human rights violation. Also, we were requested to compare our issue with the novels we have read throughout the semester. The topic we chose was human trafficking, specifically within Russia because of the problem's massive scale in the country. After reading our blog, we hope that you learned something new about a serious but relatively unknown issue.
